1.Three-dimensional mixing machine: according to the requirements of customers, mix the required bond with diamond in a certain proportion, put it into a barrel of corresponding sizes of grit, and then pour it into the 3d mixer for mixing for a certain time to make diamond and metal bond evenly.

2. Mold loading: Mix the bond and diamond which are evenly stirred, using an electronic scale weigh accurately the gram weight of each segments, and then pour it into the cavity of the mold to prepare for the next step.

3 Sintering machine: Put the mold into high temperature until the mixture in the cavity is pressed and formed. According to different shapes of the segments, one mold can burn 6-14 segments.

4 high-frequency welding: the pressed diamond segment is burred and welded to the body for the customer's request.

5 laser marking machine: After appearance treatment,according to customer requirements.Engraving the corresponding grits size number and bond and LOGO.
